Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Review: Budget Fitness Tracker

Overview

The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 is a compact fitness tracker built for people who want reliable health and activity monitoring without stepping up to a full smartwatch. It features a 1.6-inch AMOLED display, IP68 water resistance, and a battery rated for up to 14 days, positioning it as a low-maintenance option for daily wear.

Who It's For

This tracker suits beginners easing into a fitness routine, as well as more experienced users who want a simple, comfortable device for tracking workouts, sleep, and heart rate without constant charging. With over 100 exercise modes and 100+ watchfaces, it offers enough variety to match different training styles and personal preferences, from walking and running to strength training and cycling.

How It Compares

Compared to typical fitness trackers in this price range, the Galaxy Fit 3 stands out for its AMOLED screen quality and long battery life, two areas where budget trackers often fall short. It doesn't aim to replace a full smartwatch — you won't get cellular connectivity or advanced medical-grade sensors — but for core fitness tracking, notifications, and everyday durability, it holds its own against similarly priced competitors.

• Slim, lightweight build for comfortable all-day and overnight wear
• Bright AMOLED display for easy readability indoors and outdoors
• Broad exercise mode selection for varied workout tracking
• Long battery life reduces how often you need to charge

Conclusion

The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 is a practical choice for shoppers who want dependable fitness tracking, a quality display, and long battery life without paying smartwatch prices. It's a strong fit for anyone prioritizing simplicity, comfort, and value in a wearable.
