Privacy policy

This policy explains what data GoRemindly ("we", "us") collects from visitors to goremindly.com, why, and what rights you have over it. We've tried to write it plainly rather than in dense legal boilerplate.

What we don't do

This site doesn't have user accounts, doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn't run any analytics or tracking scripts today. We don't sell personal information, and we don't serve targeted ads.

What we do collect

• Standard server logs. Like virtually any website, our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase) automatically log basic technical information for every request — IP address, browser/device type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. This is standard infrastructure logging, not something we actively collect ourselves or use to identify individuals.
• If you email us. If you contact us (e.g. via our contact page), we receive whatever you include in that email — your address and message content — to respond to you. We don't add you to a mailing list from this.

What happens when you click an Amazon link

Links to Amazon on this site are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). Once you click through to Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy and cookies apply — that data collection happens on Amazon's side, governed by their own terms, not ours.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics or advertising in the future, we'll update this policy first and add proper cookie-consent controls before doing so — not retroactively.

Your rights

Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Since we don't maintain accounts or profiles, this is normally limited to whatever you've sent us by email. If you're in the EU/UK, this means your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, and objection). If you're a California resident, this means your rights under the CCPA (know, delete, and opt out of sale — noting again that we don't sell personal information).

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

Our hosting providers may process data in the United States. By using this site, you understand your information may be processed outside your own country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest revision.
