Refund Policy

At Remindly, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of payment — no questions asked.

1. 30-Day Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your payment date. To request a refund, email us at support@goremindly.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. Free Plan

The Starter (free) plan has no charges and therefore no refund applies.
